- Student Clubs Executive Board Elections will be held between 5 and 9 December, 2016.
- The deadline for applications, which should be submitted to the Social and Cultural Activities Directorate Student Clubs Unit in person, is Friday, 25 November, 2016 until the end of the working hours (5:00 p.m.).
- The applications of those not been submitted by the specified deadline will not be taken into consideration.

Executive Board Elections - Required Qualifications for the Executive Board Candidates for Nomination
- Possessing a minimum CGPA of 2.00 out of 4.00
- Being an active member of the club for a minimum of two academic semesters (1 academic year),
- Not possessing any previous disciplinary penalty from the University.
- Not possessing any membership in another club’s Executive Board or not having any applications for candidacy and/or candidacy for nomination for the Executive Board of other clubs on the date of application.
- Not having any outstanding inventory and/or any other debts to the Social and Cultural Activities Unit due to club/s the candidate has had involvement in.
- Candidates who have one year or less for their graduation are not eligible for the Club Executive Board membership.
* N.B. Only students who have completed membership procedures via the Student Portal by January 29th 2016 and/or those who have regularly attended the club meetings will be able to vote in the Student Clubs Executive Board Member elections.
* The voter lists will be provided by the Student Clubs Unit. Any other lists as such will not be considered valid.
